| SUBMIT CLAIMS BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025 |
The Ruud® 2025 Water Heating Co-op deadline is approaching. The last day to submit claims for reimbursement is 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, December 8, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this time. The portal will reopen in February 2026. Co-op funds do not roll over into the following year. Any unsubmitted 2025 claims filed in 2026 will be processed against 2026 funds.

| Co-op Program Details |
| We recommend reading the program guidelines prior to submitting claims through the Co-op Portal. A list of qualified and unqualified co-op advertising and brand usage can be found on page 3 of the 2025 Co-op Guidelines. |

| RUUD contributes up to 1% of a Distributors previous years rebateable purchases toward qualified advertising cost. The amount contributed is a percentage of the total cost based on the type of advertising: |

Distributor Advertising — 50/50 split. Distributors will pay 50% of the total advertising cost. RUUD will credit the Distributor's account the remaining 50%. |

Plumber Advertising — 25/25/50 split. RUUD will credit 25% of the total invoice amount to the Distributors account to be passed on to the Plumber. The Distributor will contribute 25% of their own money to the Plumber. The Plumber will cover the remaining 50% of the advertising. |

Claims will only receive the standard RUUD contribution. Customized funding splits are not allowed. All funds are held by RUUD. Reimbursement is paid out per claim, not as a lump sum.
